Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, email admin@wksconnector.com within 14 days of any payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

This applies to every payment: your first, each monthly renewal, and each yearly payment. Tell us which payment you would like refunded, from the email address on your account.

Refunds are issued through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used. When the money reaches you depends on your bank or card provider.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You can ask us or Paddle for a refund: email admin@wksconnector.com, or contact Paddle at paddle.net, the help site linked in every Paddle receipt.

You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end your access early. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling does not refund the current period by itself. If you would also like your money back, email us within 14 days of the payment.

Cancelling deletes nothing. When your paid period ends, your account moves to the free plan: you can still search every tender, and your company profile, saved tenders (your Projects list in the app) and uploaded documents stay in your account.

To remove your data, delete your account in Settings. That permanently deletes your company profile, matches, saved tenders and uploaded documents. We keep only the records of payments that we must keep for tax and accounting, and Paddle keeps its own records of the orders it processed.
