Terms of Service

The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business entity. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

WKS Connector aggregates tender and procurement opportunities from UAE government and public sources, as well as third-party feeds. It matches opportunities to your business profile and provides supporting intelligence (such as eligibility indicators, an estimated competitive range, and tender briefs).

The Service is a discovery and decision-support tool only. It does not submit bids on your behalf and does not guarantee any outcome, eligibility, shortlisting, or award of tenders.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@wksconnector.com of any unauthorized use.

• Free Tier: Browsing tenders is available without a subscription.
• Pro Subscription: Advanced features (on-demand scans, daily auto-matching, and detailed bid intelligence) require a paid Pro plan. New users may start with a 7-day free trial, with no payment card required to begin.
• Pricing: Founding rate of US$19.99 / month for the first 100 members; US$49.99 / month thereafter. Prices are in US dollars and subject to change with notice.
• Billing: Processed via Paystack. Your card may be charged the equivalent in the provider's settlement currency, as disclosed at checkout.
• Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime via your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Browsing is unlimited. Searching tenders, viewing your matches, and reading any opportunity in the Service carry no usage limit on any plan, including the free tier. The limits below apply only to AI-assisted actions, which cost us money each time they run.

• Actions with an allowance: On-demand scans, bid strategies, proposal drafts, compliance checks, eligibility checks, document analyses, full-detail fetches on a tender, plain-language tender breakdowns, and questions to the in-app guide. Each has a separate monthly allowance.
• The in-app guide is not a plan benefit: Its allowance is the same on every plan, including the free tier, and is not reduced by anything else you use. Being at a limit on another action does not stop you asking the guide how the platform works.
• Your current allowances: Always shown in your account under Settings → Billing. That page is the authoritative figure for your plan at any moment, and it is the same limit the Service enforces — not a separate published table that could fall out of date.
• How the month is measured: As a rolling 30-day window rather than a calendar month or your billing period. An action counts against your allowance for 30 days from when you ran it, then frees up.
• Short-term limits: Separate per-minute and per-hour limits also apply to protect the Service from bursts. These are distinct from the monthly allowances above.
• If you reach an allowance: That action pauses until part of your allowance frees up. Your subscription, your data, and your ability to browse are unaffected. If you have a legitimate need for more, contact us at admin@wksconnector.com — these limits exist to bound abuse and infrastructure cost, not to meter ordinary use, and we would rather raise them than have you work around them.
• Changes to allowances: We may increase allowances at any time without notice. We will not reduce the allowances applicable to a paid plan during your current billing period without giving you notice by email beforehand. Allowances are not a purchased quantity, are not credits, and have no cash value; unused amounts do not carry over and are not refundable.

We may contact you before taking any action on an account whose usage is materially outside normal business use, except where the usage threatens the availability or security of the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell, scrape, or systematically extract data, except as expressly permitted.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Infringe the rights of others.

The Service — including its software, design, and original content, but excluding third-party tender data and your uploaded content — is owned by WKS and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You retain ownership of your business information.

All tender and procurement information comes from public and third-party sources. We do not control these sources and provide no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness. Outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all opportunities with official sources before acting. We make no guarantees of eligibility, success, or outcomes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties (express or implied), to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, business, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as liability, intellectual property, and governing law — will remain in effect.

We may update features or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes where feasible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai where applicable, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
